First check your network settings. If they are correct configured then check if you have a softwarefirewall running on your machine – try to disable it. If it helps, make sure you configure the firewall so the following ports are open: 80 (HTTP) TCP 443 (HTTPS) TCP 2362 UDP 2601 TCP

Find the label on the quick start guide, the box or the PDU.

Go to PDU configuration and retype your username and password.

Why doesn’t the sensors update their values?
|
Make sure you are in operation mode. In configuration mode the sensor update is disabled.
|

Next please check in the menu edit -> settings to see the update delay.

Why does the sensor order not follow the order they are attached in?
|
There are 8 internal current sensors which measure the current at each outlet. In addition there are two more internal sensors, one time and one date sensor.

Any external sensors connected will be added to the list of internal sensors.
