Complaint Handling Procedure

Any complaint will be dealt with fairly,confidentially, and effectively and will be acknowledged within 5 working days(generally within 1 working day). We aim to resolve any dispute that may arise within 1 week or sooner, and will always keep the customer fully informed aboutour actions. Cancellation Rights

In response to the new European Directive ondistance selling, incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (DistanceSelling) regulations 2000, the consumer will have the right to cancel and return goods (for free) within 7 days of receiving them as long as they have not been used and are in the original packaging. The customer is not obliged to give a reason for this return, and we will refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back (cancellation).

Delivery

All orders are delivered by our preferred carrier,nominally but not exclusively city link. UK orders will be delivered within 14 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

A.P.S. is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with what youordered, you can return it FREE for an EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND. Products MUSTbe exchanged or returned within 21 days of date of dispatch and remain unused and in the original packaging and labeling. You must contact us by email,website form or telephone before sending the returned item. Your order will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods back. Any order returned with no faults will incur a 10% restocking fee in order to cover admin, testing and postage costs.
